The child nutrition allowance for Dalit children

The Government of Nepal has announced that the child nutrition allowance for Dalit children will be doubled under the Budget 2083/84. The monthly allowance will increase to Rs 1,000, aiming to improve child nutrition, health, and overall well-being among vulnerable communities.
