High Court Sentences Six To Life Imprisonment In Binod Shahi M*rder Case
The High Court Dipayal has sentenced six people, including Nepali Congress municipal president Sajjan Shahi, to life imprisonment in connection with the 2022 M*rder of 16-year-old Binod Shahi in Achham. The ruling overturns a previous decision by the Achham District Court that had acquitted all defendants in the case.
